Do you offer products not shown on the website?

Yes! We work with multiple vendors and can source almost any uniform item you can imagine. Please let your sales rep know what you need, and they will work to send you personalized options for you to choose from.

How long does it take to get items customized?

US lead-times for custom decoration vary depending on the decoration type and quantity. Typically, embroidered items are only one week, and screen-printed items take about three weeks (these lead-times start when the art is approved for new accounts or new artwork).
France lead-times for custom decoration vary depending on the decoration type and quantity. Typically, embroidered items are one to two weeks, and screen-printed items take about three to five weeks (from art approval for new accounts or new artwork).

Why is there a slight difference in color from one clothing item to the next?

We work hard to ensure color accuracy and consistency, but our clothing is handmade and slight color variations are rare but to be expected. Color variations can occur in the dyeing process from batch to batch and we cannot guarantee fill-in orders will match the previous one exactly.

Why does one clothing item fit slightly differently than another?

We continue to work to maintain the same construction, shape and fit from all our factories to meet our strict manufacturing tolerances, but there’s always going to be some difference between factories and productions. Slight differences in fit are a natural process of textile manufacturing.

Do you have order minimums?

There are no minimums for blank or embroidered items. For screen-printed items, there is a 24-piece minimum or more depending on the art complexity and number of placements.

Do you make custom or bespoke items by request?

Yes! We have recently started our custom program, so we can accommodate most order requests. Please contact your sales rep for more details on pricing, turnaround times, and minimums.
